It's impressively self assured about it's very own and very eclectic mix of many elements and it has very clear idea where it wants to go from the start. Overall I enjoyed my time with the series. With this last arc being so focused on Rikyu and politics I feared the show forgot to put finishing touches on Furuta's journey but this last episode veered back into it in a surprising way and finished it with a fine if succint bowtie.
